General Policies

• Prospective tenants must earn 3 times the monthly rent, or a minimum of $25,000-$36,000 annually depending on unit type

• No section 8 or voucher programs are accepted at this time

• Prospective tenants must be at least 22 years old to apply

• A minimum credit score of 600 is required of all applicants

• All people over the age of 18 living in the unit must apply

• All applicants must provide proof of income in the form of check stubs and/or bank statements

• We run a credit and criminal background check on all applicants
